Having Issues With Google Analytics - Omniful Integration?

Setting up Google Analytics integration is straightforward with our detailed guide, although it involves several steps. If you encounter any issues getting it up and running, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

  1. Incorrect entry of the Bundle ID.

  2. Errors in copying or pasting the Sender ID and/or Server Key codes.

  3. Modifications made to Android and iOS config files.

Ensure that you enter the correct Bundle ID and accurately copy and paste the codes. Additionally, make sure that the Android and iOS config files provided to the Omniful team remain unchanged and unopened.

Additional Note:

Please be aware that with this integration, Omniful does not send customer information to Google Analytics; only in-app events are sent.

If you integrate Google Analytics into your app after its initial launch, ensure that your app users update their apps to track their in-app events. Otherwise, you may not be able to track their significant actions on the Google Analytics dashboard.
