1. APP KEY

When integrating UXcam with Omniful, you'll receive an 'App Key' code from UXcam. Paste this code into the relevant integration interface within the Omniful dashboard and enable the integration. Ensure that you select and paste it accurately for successful integration.

2. USER NAMES

On the UXCam analytics dashboard, actual user names will not be visible. This is because Omniful does not track or retain customer name data.

3. APP CONTENT

You will not be able to see the actual images from the app design and layout in your UXCam records. This is an obligation that cannot interfere due to user privacy rules.
