The most effective method to track this vital data is through Google Analytics. Activating Google Analytics integration for your Omniful mobile app is simple and straightforward.
We've prepared a step-by-step document for integrating Google Analytics with your Omniful app. Please follow the instructions below:
1. Create your firebase account. We have a separate blog How to Create a Firebase Account. Please follow the instructions in the documentation to create your account. Ignore if you have already created. Select your project in the firebase console as shown below.
2. Click on the ‘settings’ icon on the top left corner as shown below and select the ‘Project Settings’ button.
3. Navigate to the ‘General tab’ and scroll down to the ‘Your apps’ section.
4. Select the app for Android and click on the ‘google-service.json’ button to download the json file for android which is to be uploaded in the Omniful Dashboard.
5. Now, select the iOS app and click on the ‘GoogleService-Info.plist’ button to download the plist file which is to be uploaded in the Omniful Dashboard.
6. Open the Omniful Dashboard and navigate to the ‘integrations tab’. Select on the Firebase Analytics integration as shown below.
7. Enable the integration on clicking on the switch and save the changes by click on the ‘Save’ button as shown below
8. Now, click on the the ‘Launch App’ button the top right corner of the page and select ‘Proceed to launch’ as shown below
9. Upload the downloaded plist and json files from firebase console to the respective fields under the brand settings and click on save.
After completing all the process, you are ready to request to launch your application.
