A. The integration may not be properly configured in the Omniful Dashboard.

  1. When integrating Gameball Loyalty with Omniful, you'll receive API key and Secret Key code from Gameball Dashboard. Paste this code into the relevant integration interface within the Omniful dashboard and enable the integration. Ensure that you select and paste it accurately for successful integration.

  2. Ensure that the integration is enabled and saved successfully in the Omniful Dashboard.

B. Integration Not Available.

This integration may not be available in your current plan. Please make sure that your plan is eligible to integrate the loyalty program with your Omniful mobile app.
