Loyalty section is not visible in your Accounts Tab?

A. The integration may not be properly configured in the Omniful Dashboard.

  1. When integrating LoyaltyLion with Omniful, you'll receive Token and Secret code from LoyaltyLion Dashboard. Paste this code into the relevant integration interface within the Omniful dashboard and enable the integration. Ensure that you select and paste it accurately for successful integration.

  2. Ensure that the integration is enabled and saved successfully in the Omniful Dashboard.

B. Integration Not Available.

This integration may not be available in your current LoyaltyLion plan. Please make sure that your plan is eligible to integrate your loyalty program with your Omniful mobile app.

The loyalty and reward features are not performing as expected?

Loyalty-related actions such as points, discount codes, and referrals are overseen and tracked by LoyaltyLion. If you encounter any issues with these features, it is likely related to your loyalty program rather than the mobile app. In such instances, you should contact the LoyaltyLion team for further assistance and investigation.
