1. Cannot See Product Reviews in Mobile App ?

Although infrequent, it's crucial to verify the accuracy of your Growave API Key and API Secret within Omniful's dashboard. Additionally, if you encounter issues with review updates, consider refreshing your app after a brief interval of 5 minutes. This period allows time for the system to reflect any new reviews accurately. By taking these precautionary steps, you can ensure smooth operation and optimal functionality of your app.

2. Cannot See Some of Product Reviews ?

Growave enables you to publish or unpublish certain reviews. Please make sure the review that you are looking for is a published one. Otherwise, it cannot be displayed on your app.
