1. I cannot see the product reviews at all on mobile app

If you're not observing any updates in your product reviews, such as changes to product ratings or the availability of the "Write a Review" and "View All Reviews" sections on your mobile app's product detail page, the issue may lie with your integration App Key. When integrating Yotpo Reviews with Omniful, you'll receive an "App Key" from the Yotpo Dashboard, which must be accurately pasted into the corresponding integration interface on the Omniful Dashboard. Ensure that you've copied and pasted the correct key to resolve the issue.

2. I cannot see some of product reviews on a product

Yotpo provides the capability to publish or unpublish specific reviews. Ensure that the review you're searching for has been published. Otherwise, it won't be displayed on your app.
