Upon successful integration of Shopify Inbox and enabling the functionality from Shopify Dashboard, navigating to help center in accounts tab, your users will be able to see ‘Chat with us’ option in the Help Center of the app as show below

On tap of the ‘Chat with us’ section, it will navigate to the chat screen where the user can have live chat support.
