How To Integrate Shopify Inbox With Your Omniful Mobile App?

This integration essentially facilitates communication between your Omniful app and Shopify Inbox, allowing you to manage customer messages directly from your Omniful mobile app. Enabling this integration is straightforward. Let's walk through the steps together below.

1. Go to your Shopify dashboard

2. Open the Apps tab and select Inbox.

3. Click on the ‘Install’ button visible on the bottom right corner.

4. Once the installation is complete, your Shopify Inbox integration is completed in the Shopify Dashboard and the following screen appears as shown below.

5. Now, open the Omniful Dashboard and select settings tab. Scroll down to the ‘Help Center Settings’ and enable the Shopify Inbox by clicking on the enable/disable button.
