1. A different size chart is displayed for a specific product.
The first step in such case is to make sure that there is always one certain size chart set for a given product.
If the size chart you see on the mobile app is different than the one in your website, you need to let us know about the situation. In such situation, our team need to take a deeper look to understand and fix the issue.
2. I cannot see the size chart of the product at all
If you don't see the size chart of the product, make sure the size chart is enabled for the specific product in the Kiwi Dashboard.
