As you're aware, Klaviyo consolidates behavioural customer data from various channels into one platform, allowing you to create targeted marketing automations. By integrating Omniful, it becomes another channel through which behavioural data flows into your Klaviyo automations, such as push notifications.

The actual changes won't occur within your mobile app itself. Instead, your Klaviyo marketing automation will gain the capability to incorporate mobile app events as triggers or conditions. Additionally, you'll have the ability to send automated, personalised push notifications to users.

What Data Will Transfer to My Klaviyo Dashboard?

Upon enabling the integration on Omniful's integration dashboard, actions performed by mobile app users will seamlessly and automatically flow into your Klaviyo dashboard.

Nearly every action taken by mobile app users will be recorded as an event on Klaviyo.

For instance, if a user views a product page on the mobile app, it will be registered as an event labeled product_viewed on your Klaviyo events dashboard. Similarly, various other events such as account views, app launches, etc., will also be logged on your Klaviyo dashboard, as illustrated below..


How Can I Utilize This Data to Gain Insights into My Users?

The profiles section on your Klaviyo dashboard will provide you with the user behaviours and actions. You can see the list of users as shown.

If you'd like to see the mobile app actions of a profile in detail, you can simply click and see all of them based on the time they took place. Also, you can see the total actions taken by a certain profile.

You can also use push notifications as actions of your marketing flow by creating a campaign within the campaign tab and select push notification.
